EP App SMS Notifications

Program Description

EP App SMS Notifications is a private, employer-operated SMS messaging program operated by Efficient Pipeline LLC, a construction and pipeline services company based in Carrollton, Ohio. The program is provided exclusively to employees and contractors of Efficient Pipeline LLC for internal workforce management purposes.

By participating, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from the EP App, including:

  • Login verification codes (OTP) — one-time passcodes used to securely sign in to the EP App
  • Schedule notifications — shift assignments, job site changes, and start time reminders
  • Equipment safety alerts — red tag, yellow tag, and inspection-related notifications
  • Work order updates — assignment, status, and completion notifications
  • Crew communications — messages from your foreman or supervisor

How to Opt In

Employees opt in to the SMS program during the employment intake process by providing their personal mobile phone number on the onboarding form and signing the SMS consent acknowledgment. Phone numbers are entered into the EP App by HR personnel. Phone numbers are not collected through any public web form.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your role and operational activity. A typical employee can expect to receive up to 10 messages per week. Foremen and other employees with higher operational responsibility may receive more messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each SMS message you send or receive as part of this program. Efficient Pipeline LLC is not responsible for any charges your wireless carrier bills you for participation in the program. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider directly.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any messagefrom the EP App. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply contact your HR representative or sign up again through the employment intake process.

Important: Opting out of SMS will prevent SMS-based login to the EP App. If you opt out, you will need to coordinate with HR for an alternative login method.

If you are experiencing issues with the SMS program, you can reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the support information below. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their respective affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Information you provide as part of the SMS program will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active participants via the EP App or by SMS. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
